The second half saw both teams struggle from the floor as they each shot under 30% in the half.  Michael Perone (Freshman/Middlesex) opened up the half with a jumper to push the lead to 20 points.  The host Storm would fight back as they put together an 11-3 run to cut the Berks lead to 12 points with 14:37 remaining.  The next three minutes saw both teams struggle from the field as both teams were unable to score over that three minute span.

The Storms Calvin Logins connected on a traditional three point play with 8:37 left in the game to cut the Berks lead to single digits.  The Storm would get as close as six points but could not overcome the Berks 20 point lead early in the half.
